Plymouth has much to be proud of. It is rich in historical contributions. There are a total of 44 Revolutionary War Veterans interned in our four cemeteries. There are thirty nine in the Plymouth Burial Ground, one in West Cemetery, one in Allentown Cemetery and four more in East Church Cemetery for a total of forty four brave lads that fought for the foundation of this great Country. The majority of the gravestones are in desperate need of restoration, repair or replacement to restore honor and respect to these men who forged our freedom.
